1. No cancellation charges are applicable if the cancellation is informed by you, a minimum of 21 days before your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, the latest to avail Zero cancellation charges will be till 12 am (midnight) of 29th May 2023 or earlier.) Applicable to reservations informed even within 21 days prior to the check-in date.
2. 30% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges and the remaining amount of the advances will be refunded if the cancellation is informed by you between 21-14 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. applicable if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is informed between 12:01 am of 30th May 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 6th June 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 14 days prior to the check-in date.
3. 50% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges if the cancellation is informed by you between 13 - 7 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is confirmed between 12:01 am of 7th Jun 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 12 th Jun 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 7 days prior to the check-in date.
4. 100% of your total payable amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges if the cancellation is informed by you between 6 - 0 days prior to your date of check-in. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, and the cancellation is confirmed between 12:01 am of 13th Jun 2023 and 12:00 am (midnight) of 20 th Jun 2023). Applicable to reservations informed (Advance amount Paid) also within 1 day prior to the check-in date
5. Please note that we do not enjoy applying the cancellation charges mentioned above but those are mandatory to safeguard the interest of both ends of the matter. Request you to not put us into an awkward situation by asking us to reconsider the above in case of any cancellations.
6. In case of any cancellations. We both can save each other's interests by postponing your reservation dates till 3 months further to your original Check-in date. (e.g. if the check-in date is 20th Jun 2023, the latest day to avail no cancellation charges by postponing your reservation up to 20th Sept 2023 only, subject to the availability of the rooms on the postponed dates.)
7. In case of a postponement against a cancellation informed by you within only 1 day prior to your check-in date, You will be charged INR 500/- per room in addition to your total amount. This amount will be charged against the man hours gone in preparation of your rooms and the stay. The charge will be added to your total amount at the time of total settlement during your postponed dates of stay here.
